In February 2015, after contacting you for advice on a staffing issue, you came to our home (a private venue) and were able to advise in a factual, concise, point by point basis that enabled me to approach the staff member in question with confidence knowing I am versing my concerns in the correct way that will not cause offence yet they are able to understand what I want going forward.
I was so impressed by your expertise, I knew I needed for my organisation, a full review of my staff employment contracts.
